The board of director's meeting is held the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in FCAT's offices at 8B Elm Street in South Deerfield. The meeting usually runs about an hour to an hour and one half. At the meeting, operations for the preceeding month are reviewed, new issues are brought up and disscussed and proposals for new agenda submitted. FCAT's board of directors meeting is open and the public is invited to attend. The members of the current board are: Joyce Palmer-Fortune Chair, Wayne Shaw Vice Chair, Marianne Simon Treasurer/Clerk, Mark Gilmore, Joeseph Leonard, Matthew Fortune, Richard Wheeler, John O'Rourke, Robert Armstrong and Darius Modestow - Directors.
